En El Salvador la Actividad de Transparencia y Rendición de Cuentas en el Sector Público (TAPS por sus siglas en inglés), en adelante “el Proyecto”, es un proyecto de cinco años financiado por la Agencia de los Estados Unidos para el Desarrollo Internacional (USAID por sus siglas en inglés) que busca mejorar la transparencia y la rendición de cuentas de entidades del Estado salvadoreño, incluyendo municipios, y el cumplimiento de las políticas anticorrupción; así como aumentar la participación y la contraloría ciudadana sobre la actividad del Estado para prevenir y combatir la corrupción.   Para este fin, Counterpart busca a un/a Asistente de Colaboración, Aprendizaje y Adaptación (CLA) que apoye en el desarrollo de las actividades relacionadas con área de CLA del Proyecto, por lo que deberá trabajar en estrecha colaboración con el Oficial de Comunicaciones y Oficial de Monitoreo y Evaluación. En este sentido, brindará apoyo administrativo, logístico y técnico y será responsable de apoyar estrategias que incrementen la visibilidad del Proyecto.   Este puesto reportará al Coordinador de CLA (Colaboración, Aprendizaje y Adaptación por sus siglas en inglés).

Counterpart is currently accepting CVs for an Irregular Migration Specialist Consultantfor the USAID-funded Strengthening Democratic Governance IDIQ ($90 million) and Public Effectiveness and Localization TO 1 in Honduras. The purpose of the IDIQ is to build the systemic accountability and responsiveness of the Government of Honduras (GOH) to citizens, while also strengthening civil society, to increase trust, safeguard human rights, and incentivize Hondurans to remain in their country and participate in their democracy. The purpose of TO 1 is to 1) Improve the effective governance capacity, transparency, accountability and citizen-responsiveness of GOH institutions; and 2) Provide localization, learning, adapting, monitoring and information support services to implement activities for all task orders and objectives of the SDG IDIQ. The Consultant will report directly to the Associate Director of Governance, but will work closely with Counterpart’s field staff (once hired) to ensure high quality deliverables are executed in a timely manner.

This activity will be a multi-year multi-million program focused on increasing citizen engagement, and civil society resiliency in Kyrgyzstan by enhancing capacity of civil entities to advocate for changes across issues that resonate local communities’ priorities. The Expert will provide technical leadership in working with civil society actors either in Kyrgyzstan or in Central Asia.
