Counterpart International is seeking a Deputy Chief of Party (DCOP) for the upcoming USAID/El Salvador New Regional Human Rights Activity (the “Activity”) to be implemented in several countries in Central America. The Activity take a holistic approach to human rights in the region, working to prevent rights violations and promote a culture of rights, while also responding to the increasing attacks on human rights and protecting defenders. The DCOP will be responsible for leading Activity operations at the regional level while supporting the COP to ensure project compliance, partners management, efficient operations and administration, and reporting are conducted in a cohesive and coordinated manner.
