Counterpart International is seeking qualified technical experts in the subject matters listed below for the anticipated USAID-funded Task Order 2 (TO2) under the Democratic Governance Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract in Honduras. TO2 focuses on civic engagement and political participation of marginalized and underrepresented populations, especially women and youth. This call for CVs from subject matter experts is open to Honduran nationals. Candidates who have worked outside of Tegucigalpa or have networks working in municipal and rural areas of Honduras are encouraged to apply.
