Counterpart International is currently seeking a Director of Finance and Operations (DFO) to support the anticipated USAID-funded Iraq Civic Engagement Activity (ICEA). This activity will be a 5-year, $25-49.9 million program to foster a more politically engaged citizenry in Iraq, enhancing trust and participation in the country's democratic processes.
In collaboration with the Chief of Party (COP), the DFO will oversee all the operational and financial aspects of the project, including sub-grants management, and ensuring that financial operations are in compliance with USAID regulations. The DFO will also be responsible for program operations, including monitoring, reporting, developing and maintaining partnerships to meet activity objectives; providing technical expertise; and handling administrative and supervisory responsibilities as specified by the COP.
