Counterpart International is seeing a Grants Manager for an anticipated five-year USAID-funded program that seeks to assess and strengthen the ability of communities in Papua New Guinea to prevent and respond to violence, and improve economic livelihoods, particularly for women and vulnerable groups.
The Grants Manager is responsible for the oversight of the grant-making process and ensures adherence to USAID and Counterpart regulations on procurement and financial reporting. S/he will oversee a team of Grants Officers and will provide pre-award training to potential sub-grantees on the requirements of the proposal preparation and submission process and financial management requirements.
