Counterpart International is seeing a Chief of Party for an anticipated five-year USAID-funded program that seeks to assess and strengthen the ability of communities in Papua New Guinea to prevent and respond to violence, strengthen local organizations, and improve economic livelihoods, particularly for women and vulnerable groups.
