Counterpart International is seeking a Chief of Party (COP) for the upcoming USAID-funded Promoting Human Rights in Armenia (PHRA) Activity. The program will promote human rights and fundamental freedoms in Armenia by preventing and responding to human rights violations and by enhancing rights protection. The COP will be responsible for overall project leadership, management, technical direction and vision, oversight, quality, and compliance, and maintaining exceptional relationships with USAID and government and civil society stakeholders. The COP will be responsible for ensuring the timely submission and quality of all project deliverables.
