Counterpart International is currently seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer to support the anticipated Collaborative and Civic Orgnaizing in the Kyrygz Republic, which seeks to enable horizontal and vertical networks of individuals and organizations to advocate for and bring about change across issues that resonate with local communities and increase government responsiveness and accountability in the Kyrgyz Republic. This is a full-time position.

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for overseeing and leading all program M&E activities, including implementing the Monitoring, Evalution and Learning (MEL) Plan, data collection, documentation, analysis, and reporting. This position requires experience leading MEL activities and applying adaptive management principles on USAID or other donor projects.
