Counterpart International is currently seeking a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Officer to support the anticipated Niger Government Accountability and Policy Reform opportunity, which seeks to create space and effective mechanisms to demand government actions and hold the government accountable for policy reform. The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer will be responsible for overseeing and leading all program M&E activities, including implementing the Monitoring, Evalution and Learning (MEL) Plan, data collection, documentation, analysis, and reporting. This position requires experience leading MEL activities and applying adaptive management principles on USAID or other donor projects.
